The precise nature of your messages matter.  Whether in speeches, ads or written communication, the tone of your messages, the way they engage your audience, and the benefits they bring to life all have a big impact.  Even the choice of specific words makes a difference.

We are experienced communicators who have tested literally thousands of messages in focus groups and surveys, so we have a good idea of what works and can help you draft your messaging architecture (your Message House, if you like).

We believe the key is message testing – understanding how different audiences respond to messages in different ways, looking at which are most credible, emotionally engaging, inspiring and authentic to your organisation.  We can do this in both qualitative and quantitative research.
