Message House is delighted to announce the latest addition to its research and communications team with the recruitment of Jo Reid.
Jo joins Message House as a Director. She has an extensive background in research gained as a strategic planner, brand consultant and qualitative researcher. Before Message House, Jo was a freelance consultant and prior to that she worked as Planning Director at WCRS/Engine and as a Board Account Planner at Lowe.
As a brand consultant Jo has helped to develop brand propositions and identities, designed and implemented brand engagement programmes, advised on marketing and communication strategies and helped generate insights around audiences and customers. As a qualitative researcher Jo has lots of experience of insight development, stakeholder and employee research, communication optimisation and customer satisfaction audits. Previous clients include Bupa, the Barbican and Weatherbys.
She joins the team at the firm’s Berkhamsted office, just outside of London.
