Welcoming two new researchers to Message House’s expanding team

Following another busy year, and despite a global pandemic we are delighted to be able to announce the recruitment of two new members to our rapidly expanding team offering research-based insights and strategic consultancy to a broad range of clients.

Eva Dolton and Sam Bourke have both joined the team as Research Executives. Eva is a Politics and International Relations graduate from the University of Nottingham and has recently completed a course in Public Policy Analysis at the London School of Economics. She comes to us from Compass Lexecon where her role as Legal & Economic Data Researcher included analysis of quantitative and qualitative data in cartel and monopoly legal cases. Previously Eva spent time working as an intern at a U.S. anti-global poverty lobbying group.

Sam is a Geography graduate from the University of Sheffield. His dissertation research explored the barriers to public transport accessibility for people with disabilities in rural areas and gave him significant experience in gathering and analysing data to explore trends and understand the issues in order to present his findings. During his time at University Sam was Logistics Officer for the university’s Charity Hitchhiking Society. For this he held a lead position in the planning and organisation of a large UK event that raised £20,000 and gained the Best Local Impact award at the National Student Fundraising Association Awards 2020.

Commenting on the appointments, Dr. Matt Carter, Founder and Managing Director of Message House, said “I’m delighted to welcome Eva and Sam to Message House. Both bring fresh insights from academia coupled with highly relevant experience and a real passion to progress in our field of research and consultancy expertise. We’re looking forward to a busy year in 2021 and our new recruits will be invaluable as we grow our existing and expanding client base.”
