Message House strengthens team on back of impressive year of growth

Kelly Pinder and Suzanne Ter-Minassian join specialist research and campaigns consultancy

On the back of a great 2015, Message House is delighted to announce the addition of two talented consultants who are joining its growing team of research and communications specialists. Kelly Pinder (nee Douglas) joins Message House as a Director. Kelly joins from Atkins where she led on innovation insights and internal engagement. Prior to that role she was a Senior Director at Penn Schoen Berland, where she previously worked with Message House founder Matt Carter.

Starting on 11 January, Kelly will strengthen Message House’s senior expertise in behaviour change, internal communications and corporate reputation insights.

Suzanne Ter-Minassian joins Message House as a Research Manager. She was previously at the Cabinet Office, where she worked on opinion research on the devolution agenda and before that she worked for YouGov, setting up the first French office of the firm and leading on their political and social research.

Suzanne brings extensive qualitative and quantitative polling experience to Message House, having undertaken polling on three French national elections.

They join Matt Carter and Rachel Lloyd, who works as a Director, as well as a small support team at the firm who are based just outside of London in Berkhamsted.

In 2015, the consultancy worked on projects across the UK and Europe, covering sectors including mobile telecoms, movies and entertainment, healthcare, technology and transport. The second full year of the firm resulted in substantial growth, tripling the revenues of 2014.

Commenting on her appointment, Kelly said, “I am delighted to be joining Message House at such an exciting time for the firm. I look forward to using my business change expertise and insights into corporate communications to help support existing and future clients.”

Suzanne commented, “I’m thrilled to be part of a dynamic and ambitious consultancy, and this is a great time to be joining. By utilising our unique research tools, I believe we can help clients in different sectors to communicate even more effectively.”

Matt Carter, founder of Message House, said, “Kelly and Suzanne are fantastic additions to the Message House team. They will further strengthen our senior team and will provide brilliant communications and research expertise for our clients. We are a small but fast-growing consultancy and these two additions help us to continue our progress in 2016.”
